Delivery Policy

Homelook Uk charges £22.95 for deliveries under £350. Orders over £350 are free to selected areas. The shopping cart will automatically calculate delivery for you. Deliveries are on weekdays and weekends, call for details.

An additional area surcharge applies to certain areas, please call for more details.

Delivery

We only deliver within the UK mainland. Any other arrangements are the buyer's responsibility.

Homelook uk Ltd are not liable for any delay in delivery beyond the suppliers' control.

All goods remain the property of the company until paid in full. Any discrepancy should be reported within 24hours of delivery, by contacting us on 08707 602612. Goods are supplied as per the standard terms and conditions of the company. A charge of £25 is made for each cheque returned.

Your driver will contact you on the day of delivery and will give you an hours notice before they arrive. However, it is essential that someone is available to receive delivery, if you miss your delivery you will be charged £40, but this varies depending on location.

We advise you to make arrangements to cover carpets, furniture, ornaments and remove pictures from walls prior to the delivery.
